baaji Terms & Conditions

Welcome to baaji. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the baaji platform, including all sports betting markets, the baaji Casino, slot games, the Fishing Yi Lu Fa arcade, racing markets, and any other products or services made available through baaji ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by baaji under an internationally recognised gaming licence framework.

By registering a baaji account, logging in via the baaji Login page, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you:

• Are aged 21 years or above;
• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• Accept the game-specific rules applicable to each product on the Platform;
• Acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that you are participating voluntarily and within your means.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the baaji Platform. These Terms should be read alongside baaji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the full legal agreement between you and baaji.

To register and maintain an active account on baaji, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. baaji operates a strict 21+ policy with zero exceptions. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under any form of legal guardianship that would render this agreement void or unenforceable.
• Single account: You are permitted to hold only one baaji account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• No self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from baaji or from any other gambling operator. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from baaji, you must contact our support team before attempting to re-register.
• Own funds: You must be betting and playing with funds that you legally own and that are not derived from any unlawful activity.

baaji reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to: national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

When you register on baaji, you create a single account ("baaji Account") that provides access to all products and services on the Platform. The following rules apply to your account at all times:

• Accurate information: All details provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth, contact number, and payment method details — must be accurate and kept up to date. You must notify baaji promptly if any of your registered details change.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your baaji Login username and password. baaji strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Account activity: Any bet, deposit, withdrawal, or other activity carried out through your baaji account is your sole responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately and change your password.
• Inactive accounts: An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. baaji may apply an inactivity fee to dormant account balances in accordance with our standard fee schedule, which is available from the account support section. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.
• Account currency: All baaji accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, bet amounts, bonus values, and winnings are shown in PKR.

baaji supports a comprehensive range of Pakistani payment methods to ensure that deposits and withdrawals are fast, fee-free, and accessible to players across Karachi, Lahore, Faisalabad, Islamabad, and the rest of Pakistan. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Deposit processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your baaji account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other supported banks are typically credited within one business day.
• Withdrawal requests: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. baaji processes withdrawal requests to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank accounts within standard processing timeframes as displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• Matching payment method: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is an anti-money laundering requirement and is non-negotiable.
• Minimum and maximum limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed within your account. These thresholds may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• No third-party payments: You must only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. baaji will reject and return any deposits originating from third-party accounts.
• Currency conversion: All funds held in your baaji account are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied to standard PKR transactions. USDT TRC20 transactions are converted at the prevailing market rate.

baaji reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to: source of funds documentation, payment method ownership verification, and enhanced due diligence checks. This is standard procedure under our licensing obligations and is not indicative of any specific concern with your account.

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets on baaji, including cricket, PSL markets, racing, and any other sports or events listed on the Platform:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received an on-screen confirmation message and the bet appears in your account's betting history. Do not assume a bet has been placed if confirmation is not received.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. In-play odds may be suspended or changed at any time during a live event. baaji is not liable for odds movements between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed.
• Void bets: baaji reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been subject to a technical error, data feed failure, obvious pricing error, or any form of match manipulation or irregular betting activity. Voided bets are returned to your account balance in full.
• Results and settlements: All sports betting markets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL markets). Settlement is typically completed within 24 hours of the conclusion of the relevant event.
• Abandoned events: In the event that a cricket match, race, or other sporting event is abandoned before completion, markets will be settled in accordance with baaji's sport-specific rules available within the relevant betting section.
• Maximum winnings: baaji applies maximum winnings limits per event and per day. These limits are displayed within the betting slip and vary by market and sport. Winnings in excess of applicable limits will not be paid out.

The baaji Casino features over 200 live dealer tables and thousands of slot titles from globally recognised providers including Pragmatic Play and PG Soft. The following conditions apply to all casino and game play on the Platform:

• Random Number Generators: All slot and virtual casino games on baaji use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently audited for fairness and randomness. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any player or by baaji.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer tables in the baaji Casino are operated by professional dealers and subject to the rules of the respective game (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, teen patti, andar bahar, etc.). In the event of a technical disconnection during a live dealer game, the hand or round will be settled according to the state of the game at the time of disconnection, in accordance with the game provider's rules.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of any technical malfunction during a game session — whether in a slot title, live dealer game, or arcade product — the affected round may be declared void. baaji will not be liable for any losses arising from a genuine technical malfunction. All malfunctions should be reported to our support team immediately.
• Fishing Yi Lu Fa & Arcade: Arcade games including Fishing Yi Lu Fa are governed by their respective in-game rules. Outcomes in arcade games are determined by the game provider's certified RNG systems.
• Responsible staking: Players are encouraged to set session stake limits from within their account dashboard before commencing play in any casino or game section. baaji's responsible gaming tools are available at all times.

baaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses and free bet offers are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover requirements"). The applicable wagering requirement for each offer will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Time limits: All bonuses have a validity period. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited without notice.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Sports bets may contribute at a different rate than casino games; live dealer tables and certain slots may contribute at reduced rates. Full contribution rates are displayed within each promotion's terms.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotional terms. Opting into a new promotion while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse and fraud: baaji reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or reclaim any bonus funds where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system, using automated software, acting in coordination with other players to exploit promotions, or otherwise acting in bad faith. Any winnings generated through abusive bonus use will be void.
• Modification and withdrawal: baaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This includes ongoing promotions where the offer has not yet been claimed by a player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baaji Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one account, or opening an account in another person's name;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate artificially inflated winnings;
• Using funds derived from illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud to make deposits;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on insider information;
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers ("bonus abuse") or to guarantee winnings through arbitrage betting patterns that violate the spirit of the promotion;
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the baaji Platform's code, systems, or infrastructure;
• Allowing a minor (anyone under 21 years of age) to access or use your baaji account;
• Transferring funds between baaji accounts or acting as an intermediary for deposits or withdrawals on behalf of another player.

All content on the baaji Platform — including but not limited to the baaji name, logo, design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of baaji or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written permission from baaji;
• Use baaji's name, logo, or branding in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation;
• Scrape, harvest, or extract odds data, game data, or any other content from the Platform by automated means;
• Create derivative works based on any part of the baaji Platform or its content.

Any breach of these intellectual property terms will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Platform and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baaji's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your baaji account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

baaji shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, or data;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from interruption of service, technical faults, or scheduled maintenance;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to maintain the security of your baaji Login credentials;
• Losses arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.

baaji does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Either you or baaji may close your baaji account at any time.

Closure by you: If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Any genuine account balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided that no bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.

Closure or suspension by baaji: baaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account immediately and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• You have provided false information during registration or verification;
• Your account has been involved in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity;
• You are subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Continued operation of your account would expose baaji to regulatory or legal risk.

In cases of account closure due to a Terms breach, baaji reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including any bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play. Where a balance is forfeited on legitimate grounds, baaji will provide a written explanation upon request.

baaji is deeply committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all Pakistani players. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become a problem — and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions are available to all registered baaji players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set to a lower value and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session time reminders: Configure automatic session reminders that alert you after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a short break from gambling by activating a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days from within your account dashboard.
• Self-exclusion: Request full self-exclusion from the baaji Platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period. Contact our support team to initiate self-exclusion.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic reality check pop-ups that display your session duration and net win/loss position at regular intervals during play.

baaji is a strictly 21+ platform. We use age verification technology and manual document checks to prevent underage access. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately closed and all deposits returned, with any winnings voided.

baaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, baaji will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the baaji Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must stop using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account before the new Terms take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. baaji recommends bookmarking this page and reviewing it whenever you receive a notification of changes.

These Terms & Conditions and your entire relationship with baaji shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under baaji's internationally recognised gaming licence framework. By agreeing to these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and dispute resolution bodies designated under that framework.

Dispute resolution process: In the event of a dispute relating to your baaji account, betting outcomes, payments, or any other aspect of your use of the Platform, please follow this process:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to our support team in writing via the live chat or by email to [email protected]. Include your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may request escalation to baaji's senior compliance team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — External Dispute Resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved following Step 2, you may refer the matter to the appropriate dispute resolution body under baaji's gaming licence framework. Details of the applicable body are available upon request from our support team.

Disputes relating to game outcomes certified by independent RNG auditors will not be subject to review on the merits of the outcome, as certified random outcomes are by definition not disputable. Technical errors or malfunctions are handled separately under the malfunction policy described in Section 6.
